There are seven main oil and gas zones underlying the five leases: Fry Sands, Gray Sands, Caddo Limestone and Marble Falls falling between 1200 and 2700 feet, Chappel Reef wells at approximately 2,300 feet and the Ellenberger at a depth of 2600 feet. In addition, the Barnett Shale is "sandwiched" between the Marble Falls and Mississippian Chappel Reef. There are from 3 to 7 formations which can be tested on our leases something you don't find in many places and almost never under 3,000 feet. There is potential for many infill opportunities on all the company leases in these formations in addition to testing the Barnett Shale using the newer completion technologies available today.
